An optimist is the human personification of spring.

Our theme for the year is “Be Intentional.” In April we are focusing on support systems. Wade and I are blessed to have solid support systems coming from a diverse group of relationships. Through Annette’s work with the foster care program, she found that the lack of support systems was a huge deterrent to the overall health (physical, emotional, and spiritual) of the family.

Whether we’re navigating the highs of success or weathering the storms of adversity, having a solid support network can make all the difference. Building a support system is a proactive process that involves reaching out, nurturing relationships, and fostering a sense of community.

Here are some tips on how you can “Be Intentional” about building and maintaining your support systems.

We have also included information about the current market, the lawsuit and the costs involved in waiting to buy or sell.

Please reach out if you have any questions about the market. We always appreciate your referrals and look forward to hearing from you!

Thank You.
Wade & Annette

Oh, by the way… if you know of someone who would appreciate the level of service we provide, please call one of us with their name and contact information.

“Love our interest rate, but this house doesn’t fit our needs anymore.”

Many people worry about finding their next home, or the rates remaining high. But there’s a price to waiting. This might be the best time to get top dollar for your home.

Breaking News!

Following the recent announcement from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) regarding a proposed settlement, Acre Realty is eager to lead the way into a “new ecosystem in real estate” in Wisconsin. For parts of 6 decades, Acre Realty has been THE trusted advisor in the real estate industry – promoting equity, honesty, and transparency throughout the real estate transaction.

While the national media seems to be directing the tenor of the lawsuit, it is important to Acre Realty to reassure all consumers that our guiding principles of equity and integrity continue to deliver seamless real estate experiences for our customers and clients. Those are not just words; they are our mission – and in our mission statement.

If approved, NAR’s settlement would change some operational infrastructure and ensure clear communication and education between realtors and their clients & consumers (expectations are that this approval could occur by July 2024). The proposed settlement will reinforce what is already the best real estate system in the world and the pros who operate within it.

At Acre Realty, we are enthusiastic about embracing change – and we remain ardent supporters of things that make our core values of equity, transparency, and inclusion more fundamental to our business. Thank you for partnering with us and we are so excited to partner with you into the next generation.
