  • 1 whole beef tenderloin
  • Sea Salt and pepper to taste
  • Galic Powder (1-2 teaspoons)
  • Olive Oil
  • Teriyaki Sauce (we use Veri Veri Teriyaki found in the Asian aisle at Festival)
  • Buns
  • Foil-lined pan

This can be made the day ahead to make meal prep easy when you have company.

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Brush with olive oil
  3. Sprinkle tenderloin with sea salt, pepper and garlic powder
  4. Cook uncovered at 400° for 29 minutes
  5. Let sit for 10 minutes
  6. Slice thinly. Anelectrick knife works well
  7. Cover and Refrigerate if making the day before
  8. Prior to heating pour teriyaki marinade over the top. Heat at 300° until warm
  9. Serve on rolls of choice.
